of Group |
The Governor
Development Benchmarking Group has made contact with the SW Education
Benchmarking Group and Sarah Miller attended a meeting earlier in
2001. The group has produced a benchmarking booklet containing comparative
data tables and a set of explanatory notes and definitions to aid
accurate completion on the basis of a shared understanding of terms
and formulae.
The next stage
will involve inviting the statistical neighbours of the LEAs represented
on the group to add their data, then to produce data tables on a
statistical neighbours basis for ease of comparison. The group will
also present to the SW Co-ordinators of Governor Services Group
in January 2002 and encourage their full involvement.
